Unable to PM

Hi, all

I've used the PM feature here before but now, when I try to "Send New Message", I get a "you do not have permission to access this page" message. I couldn't find any help on this problem in the FAQ or by searching for this issue in the posts but I seem to remember other people mentioning one problem was too many messages. This is not the case for me. I have only 3 in my Inbox.

Does anyone know of a solution or source of help? Thanks in advance!!
