These tables were provided by a contributor, and included outside of the book because I thought they were quite clever and could serve as a model of a kind of cover. Doubt if anyone uses them. If there are any errors, please point them out or contribute yourself, and they will be corrected. But, this work is all FREE. Using phrases like "HOAX, SCAM, and STEAL from decent people like myself", does not give a sense of any common cause.

To tell the truth, people don't play single-deck much these days.

I don't want to be part of an argument, but I was going to say something similar.
As far as my poor English understanding goes, you are pretty much implying that Norm may be getting paid by Casinos to put forth misinformation.

I hope you are just a kid, because I don't want to believe that a grown man, possibly with wife and kids, could be so petulant because he might have found one or two possible errors in hundreds of pages overwhelmingly dense and thoroughly filled with detailed quantitative FREE information and knowledge!!

If you are so concerned about if you should hit or stand 12v4 below +2, buy The Theory of Blackjack and do the math.

Otherwise, be thankfull of Norm's work and flip a coin when you have 12v4.

That said, I DO think Modern Blackjack is confusing with respect to 12v4. I find it easier to just consider that "normally" in “With REKO, we normally play Basic Strategy, except when we have a count of +2 or greater" means "usually, but not always", an exception being 12v4.
