Looking for EV to TC table for FELT

I was looking to do some win rate calculations using different betting spreads using felt. I created a spreadsheet using the EV/TC numbers from Stanford Wongs prof Bj book. My hourly rate was 15.77 which compares well with the 16.00 in the book. Does anyone have ev/tc Values for felt and felt-f?

I am using a $10 unit. Eventually I would buy cvcx but right now given other obligations I may not play much in the near future. So until then I do simple Sims with excel and Maltab. Can I upload files in my post? A review of my math would be appreciated and if the calculations were correct I would share it with others
