    Not necessarily, as his contribution to the tip POOL is inconsequential. There are a few venues around the country where dealers keep their own tips and the difference in attitude is usually obvious.

    I'll admit that it's a rare occasion but at times I give smallish tips to dealers that are just extremely nice without showing obvious phoniness.
    Other than that, I pretty much adhere to BP's rules. It was another of very many good posts made by him.

    They are usually tip pigs when they keep their own. The dealers come around every 20 minutes instead of every 60 minutes (sometimes even more often) and demand tips from everyone during that time frame. Pooling tips is the way to go, it builds teamwork.

    Usually not as good looking as the cleavage-laden dealers on the electronic BJ game screens.
