What do they do when they cannot ban you...

It's state law here that they cannot ban you so what are their options? One is of course preferential dealing, cutting of 50% and such but any other options they have?

i am asking because, say they have a CC playing at a full table on a crowded Saturday evening. There are 4-5 players playing, some Green and Black, while a blatant CC is playing the $10 minimum and spreading 1-15. The casino is making $$ at the table because of the big losing ploppies. Would they risk pissing everybody and start cutting deck in half or would they be okay as long as the table is losing money even if the CC is winning?

They don't have to cut the deck in half. In a 6 deck game, they can cut off 2 decks. They will lose the counter and most ploppies won't notice the difference.

1st off a CC would be in a risky spot playing a full table, from the way it sounds he was not that experienced. Also, if a H.Sed. game, a SKILLZ AP may care less about the pen. Pen can, at times, be the least important facet of that game.

Not only that. Poor penetration can many times be a VERY good thing, as Im sure you and a few others already know.

I had driven some two hours to get to the casino, only one $10 min 6 deck game was open that early in the morning, I was playing two hands and 3-4 other ploppie joined in. On or two were betting $10 and then $25-$50 on the poker side bet. I was winning and I since it is not someplace I play regular, I was obviosly raising bets with the counts. I won about $300 in about 75 minutes and I left.

If they cannot ban you and they do not want to cut 3 decks off, what else can they do? In any case, they did nothing because the idiots were losing heavily on the poker game. This one ploppy would cash $100, take two $5 chips and place it for BJ and a huge stack of $90 on the poker one.He lost his poker bets, did win one when he won the BJ hand, got paid $10 which he put on the poker and one but mostly he lost some $600 on poker!!

In New Jersey they can give you your own $5-$50 limit sign and allow everyone else to bet whatever they want, they can order shuffles at will, they can cut off 5 decks (deal 1 deck out of 6), they can shuffle after every round, all sorts of stuff. In reality all of the is unnecessary, they can cut-off two decks from six and most games become unbeatable via straight counting. Combine that with putting you on no-comp/no-mail status if you're playing rated and the game is virtually worthless to all but those with the largest of bankrolls.

Man I would like know where you skillz guys are finding trackable games. I don't know how to track but I have read about it and every casino I see is using a multi pass step ladder, at least every casino I have seen where betting more than 100 wouldn't cause three suits to surround the table. From everything I have read these games aren't worth tracking. Obviously posting info on specific casinos is not something anyone should do but if you could even tell me if this is something worth learning I would appreciate that.
