    Your not really ever going to find early surrender anymore. When people say surrender just assume late surrender.

    Somehow, I got the e.v to be -47.48% when splitting if double after split is allowed. For standing -53.685% and for hitting -53.536%. I just fixed the numbers on my post.

    It is important for me to mention that the EV numbers are for the player's first two cards and the dealer's face-up card.

    I'm no one special just telling you what they mean when they say surrender. Unless they say early surrender take it as an applied statement because the MAJORITY of place do not offer early surrender. Just something I've noticed in the west coast.

    In a H17 game I prefer to surrender 88 v A. Isn't that standard practice?

    While on the subject of surrender in H17 games, it is also correct to surrender 15 v A.
