I just saw that Mohegan Tribal Councilor Bruce Bozsum will be on Undercover Boss tonight on CBS. He will be at the Connecticut property as well as Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in PA. Could be interesting.

If nothing else, it's a good example of how drastically you can change your look. Apparently even his own son didn't recognize him.
Instead of taking pointers from the employees on how to better run a casino, the Boss needs to start asking the players that frequent the casinos. In a tough economy where only the strong will survive their going to have to think outside of the box to attract new business. I think most of the CEO's that run the big corporate casinos today have no idea on how to "pack-a-house." That includes the marketing/advertising department also. Their just a bunch of school boys who do not know $hit about their own games in their own houses, a higher paid employee that works for the investors and owners.

Agreed, sort of. It's like the saying "build it and they will come", its a casino. No marketing at all and horrible games and you will still draw in the degenerates that put their rent money into multiple machines at once and pound the slots until they don't have a dollar.
seems a lot of smaller casinos just plan on making their money this way and simply don't care....or is it just me?
Looks like Resorts is owned by DGMB Casino, LLC and only Managed by Mohegan Sun
Resorts announced an agreement in August 2012 for the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, operator of the Mohegan Sun, to take over management of the casino and hotel
It seems like "build it and they won't come" and a prime example of that is Revel in AC. I think most of the big wigs at the top of the capstone are out of touch with the man on the street. A bunch of consolidating and contraction going on, poker rooms disappearing, craps games getting worse, BJ and craps machines coming out, and most of the people on here already have a good understanding on how BJ has changed over the years.
It would be nice to see a new casino come that would set a higher standard in gaming for the players and give the current casinos a run for their money!
