    When I was growing up we were not allowed to go hunting on Sundays either.

    Saturday and sunday are the Sabbaths of the major religions. luckily these days generally are poor conditions for bj. Christmas too is sort of a Sabbath.
    a day of rest. not to do commerce.
    I wonder if we bj players should honor the Sabbath, have one day per week we don't play. bible wisdom says so. have a day of rest and honor the higher power.
    I do think of this from time to time.
    it is just a thought. a religious spiritual thought for a ruthless game. it could help us with our discipline.

    We are talking here of superstition. That's allowed here. As far as I ever saw, not one ancient scripture ever said not to play blackjack. That applies to all religions I mean superstitions. So it's the green light 24/7 and 365/365. This meant they were all absolutely in favor of blackjack, anytime. Me too.
