    How about if you have seen only 14 "neutral cards" (7-9) in the 1.5 decks. Combined with the previous information, would you now take insurance?

    That's my view on asc for hi lo.It's mainly for insurance decision and 11 vs A and maybe where an excess/deficit would affect the match up considerably . Spending any more effort for the little gain would be a big waste of energy.
