Did the Daniel Dravot Insurance Tweak improve the Insurance Correlation to KO?

It has been documented that there is an error in the way insurance is played with an ace-reckoned count. However, there is a slight gain to Daniel Dravot's insurance tweak compare to the traditional KO insurance indices. Somehow the insurance tweak was able to correct the mistake. For KO if the IRC = 0 for a six deck game the insurance index will be 23 but for TKO in "The Color of Blackjack" the insurance index is 24 which correspond to the TC = 4 and not TC = 3. I am suspecting that this tweak might improve the IC of the system from .78 to .813.

Does any experts want to take a look into it? I might not be correct.
