    I have a problem - continued

    Sorry norm, don't seem to know how to reply to my own thread anonymously, so will use a new post to advise on my decisions.

    Firstly, a clarification. I also posted this on the other site, and when I pasted from the other site, a couple of words did not transfer over, which may have caused some to misinterpret my actual intentions. So, at no time would I ever consider cheating or collusion of any kind.

    After reviewing advice on both sites, i have decided as follows. I will not back myself off from a store that is very important to me. I will ignore as much as possible the individual in question, and if he deals to me, walk away, or say absolutely nothing. If the subject does broach itself again, make it clear that under no circumstance, due to whatever reason, legal, moral, ethical, whatever, that I will not participate. Worse than anything, I might lose the trust of my wife, kids, etc. I will say nothing to the casino, either informally from myself, or anonymously.

    Sounds good. Even non-collusion, collusion is dangerous. Sat at a DD table once at a major Strip casino where the dealer knew I was counting, but was friendly. Dealer would make a move to shuffle, and I would raise my bet. He would give me another round. Happened twice. I left. Nothing illegal as we had made no deal. But, I knew what it would look like on the tape and left the casino.
