    Preferential shuffle

this has happened on multi-deck. i truely believed it had happened as the cut card was not seen ,then suddenly shuffle time as our player put the a sizeable bet out. the 1 st time may have been a mistake but 2 shoes later with a different dealer same stuff " happens ,shuffle time when the cut card was not seen at the front of the shoe(the first card of the remaining shoe). WHAT HAPPENED HERE? has any one heard of or experience similar issue , that's against the rule set by gaming control. Advices?

Pit boss or counter catcher simply ordered the dealer to shuffle. The response you will get from them is that "We reserve the right to shuffle anytime we want" If they are counting down the shoe and ordering a shuffle in positive counts it's pretty dishonest. If they just order shuffles when you make a big bet jump they are just, usually in vain, attempting to protect themselves.

guarantee that store does not. At ops bet level, they just don't care - they may or may know. If they do, their approach is let him whale away - if typical, he'll tap out sooner or later.

    Me - they watch

To clarify - it is the casino itself who figure he will tap out - not me since I really don't know him as a player. Critters actually have instruction not o sweat the action, though they have acted when certain individuals got out of control.
