    Norm, Question about languages

I know it's a silly question, but is allowed to speak another language or just English?

It's just my personal opinion that it's rude to post in a public Forum or public Chat Room in a foreign language. If you want personal communications with a single person (whatever language), there's always PM, private chat, or email.

If you're going to ask a question in the forum in Spanish, for example, I think it's fair game for people to answer you in Russian, Chinese, Hindi, French, or whatever their native tongue is.

    Just my opinion, though.

    * Definitely not cool in the Chat Room, where one had to go through dozens of lines of Spanish to get to other people's comments about shuffles.

BTW, I stated "foreign language". If most of the participants are Basque-speaking, I would consider posting in English to be rude.

To NFL newbies: Please perform your own analysis. Confirm any stats presented. Draw your own conclusions.

Handicapping is EXTREMELY hard! All statistical evidence (and game insights) may indicate strongly a specific outcome, winner, or continuing trend; but a turn-over, a missed field goal, an erroneous call, a key injury, etc. can easily change the outcome, the margins, and/or the totals. Division rivalry games and games with playoff implications are highly unpredictable.

You are totally right Math, got your point, I'll remember. Anyway, I want to know what says Norm.

I don't have a problem with a post in non-English. Although, if there were many, they should probably go into the non-U.S. casino forums. Non-English in the chat room sounds like poor etiquette and should be handled a opening a private chat window for two members, or moving to the second chat room if there are multiple members. We can open more standard rooms if needed.

No problem. I don't mind non-English usage here. Just kind of inconvenient in the general chat room.
