How many hands do you play at a table?

I'm wondering how many hands do you guys play at a table? I noticed a good number of civilians are playing two hands now where in the past it was only one. This isn't a post about what is optimal just wondering what you guys are doing.

When I play HU, I always play 2 hands, maybe 3 if is a high negative shoe to eat cards and start a fresh one. When there are more players I prefer to play just 1 hand. Rudy.

Usually spread from 1-2, unless it's crowded and I feel that playing the 2nd spot is worth it.

I play with 1 and spread to 2 when warranted. I would probably play 2 more often if I had a bigger bankroll.

I play 1 when alone and 2 when my wife plays with me. And try to drop to 1 or 0 when warranted. Sometimes my wife plays while I stand behind her and count and she plays accordingly then I may jump in for our 2 hands. Sometimes she sits by me while I play 1 hand and she jumps in when warranted. I also would probably play 2 hands more by myself if I was willing to ride the increased variance.

Being a red chipper playing mostly DD I'd have to play 2 hands of 10-60,80 and I don't really want to have at this point the downswings that could bring.

I usually just play one hand. I some times will play two. I think constantly jumping from one to two then back to one hand is one of the biggest "tells" that we are counting. As part of my act I will go al-in when the count is very high and I have about 70% of my max bet to put on each of two squares.

I almost always start off with two hands to give me ownership of the spots unless I'm heads up and it's a no-mid-shoe entry or reserved game

heads up, 1 or 2 hands, usually one hand until I get to 1% advantage than then two hands to give me a good chance of getting through the shoe as fast as possible before the casino can react (also because I think two hands of $700 looks better than one hand of $1000.)

With other players, always two hands.

If I know I'm going into the last round and/or I'm up against table maxes that would be the only time I spread to 3 hands.
