This just keeps getting more interesting.
I'm looking forward to hearing Harrah's side.
I always identify speculation as speculation. That's what the word "probably" means. And, even there, I suggested that both sides are at fault. Vastly the most common circumstance. Indeed, my posts in this thread have all been to dissuade the use of speculation by providing alternative possibilities and decrying the use of heavily edited evidence. That hardly compares with alien abduction.

This is completely ridiculous. Either there's some tiny % chance the security guards just jumped the family....or there's the 99% chance the family started swinging first. If the family is at fault, I hope they get charged with something (if they can get charged with anything).

"Court date for mid-July:" now that sounds interesting. A court's not going to reveal all the data, but plenty might come out. I hope to hear more about it. I wish it could be Judge Judy residing; but alas, I suspect it will be a judge or jury in the working court system. (Go Judge Judy!)
WRX,
Are you interested in Alien Abduction? If so two of the most convincing are Travis Walton and the Betty and Barney Hill incident and also for a very close up encounter the Rendalsham Forest incident involving U.S. Air Force personnel on the ground, very up close and personal.
