    what's a good blackjack sim that can....

    let me program in cover plays, like pressing bets when a hand wins/loses to make it look like it's a results based press instead of count based?
    calculates effects of betting big at beginning of shoe to throw off someone trying to catch a card counter?
    calculates all the indexes for the specific game i'm playing?

    i had read something about statistical blackjack analyzer 5.5 but it's no longer available on their website
