    Bankrolling

Since Im a newbie to the apbj community I was wondering how you pros started out... As of right now I have 10k I'm willing to invest in myself to "start up". I'm not sure if that's an adequate amount br with but it's really all I got. I know a lot of poker pros slowly build up a br but obviously the variance in bj is a lot different. I was wondering if the highly skilled in this game started off in a similar way ( funding it themselves) or got backers etc.... Also Im look for some insight in what your personal experiences were like just beginning. Thanks

Since you have a job, that is enough to get started, just don't quit your job, wong out of significantly negative situations, and play at a reasonable level of risk. Would probably be a good idea to play like you have half that until your comfortable with the swings.

If you go between 10am & 5pm you can typically find $10 tables in AC, but the rules are dismal. Typical AC, but if you are willing to go to $25 minimum you can get s17. wooohoo!

As far as I know. Trump Plaza, the Trop, Atlantic Club, Harrahs have $10 tables all day. I would think Resorts and Showboat would too, but not sure.

Trump Plaza has $5 all but Sat. I made a trip to AC Friday and played 2 of the 11 casinos. I'm not going to which, but I had a great run!

You'll want to learn how to back-count. Get Schlesinger's book "Blackjack Attack". That's the only way to make any money in AC. And even then, it's an awful way to make money.
