What do you think of this game? Flash Blackjack or Blackjack in a flash.

I saw this a few years ago in an illegal casino in Brighton Beach. Didn't play it as the place had a reputation of not liking people to win.

Six decks, S17. No doubling, no splits. BJ pays 2-1.
Here is the kicker. Everyone puts up an equal amount. Lets say $25. You win, you get a chip You lose you lose a chip. When you are out of chips, you are eliminated from the game. Game continues until only one player has any chips
At that point he turns in his chips and wins everyones ante minus 5% for the house. Say there were six players- that's $150 minus $7.50 for the house.
Now a new game starts. Game can last hours or can end in the first hand if a player and dealer both have BJ.
Win a few rounds in a short time and you are good. Win only one in six and you are close to even.
Let me die in my sleep like my Grandfather.
Not screaming in agony like his passengers.

5% juice is 5% too damn much.

You are playing against the others.

You have no edge that I can see.

There is so little room for error, since

the players cannot split or double.

    I prefer "Caddy Blackjack"

What I loved was the explanation that since you only pay the 5% on winning round and you win about one in five or six rounds, its really like paying 1% a round, not 5%.
If you don't win, the house gets nothing from you.
