Apparently, or so I've been told and then maybe not ..... the change in shuffle procedures has already begun.

One specific casino appears, or so my eyes told me, to take David's countermeasure as published in paragraph 3 of page 21 and implemented it a couple of weeks ago.

It seemed (I didn't time it) like it added an additional 5 full minutes (maybe only 3) to the length of the shuffle time.

Has anyone else seen this effect? It was the only one I witnessed, although I didn't visit all of my scheduled stops on this recent trip.

A question to anyone who would like to venture an answer: This countermeasure was implemented prior to publication, which means that the casino had foreknowledge of what the book contained. What would be the speculative answer as to how they might have acquired this?

I have my own opinion, but am curious to other's opinions.

cheers
