Splitting EoR?s tables.

1) These tables are for NDAS and splitting aces only once (same rules as the ones from TOB).
We?ll have the appropriate appendix for DAS in the near future (by fall, I guess).

2) The tables have been selected following strictly BS (Table B1 from BJA3). The auxiliary ones
are practical or interesting, also. Hopefully you?ll like my selection. Splitting tens vs 5 and 6
are included also. (Despite my moral objections!)

3) By building the tables, we have stand on all multi-card 16s vs T and also stand with 12 vs 3
for hands comprised of more than 2 cards. Remember we?re comparing splitting versus the best alternative (hit/stand).

4) Tables A2/A17 have been a fantastic tool, not to mention the time saved, when striving for
accuracy while testing the quality of the tables.

5) Cacarulo has computed all the entries for the spl/2 and spl/3 cases. I?ve done the work for
spl/1. Needless to say that my work has been much easier. Working together has been fun
and admittedly, I?ve have learned a couple of more refined tricks. :-)

Coming soon?..
