Needless to say, that you don?t need me to assure that your betting spread
1 to 12 is dynamite vs. the 6 deckers, but at least let me thank you for
encourage us to use it.
Standard euro chips available everywhere are now the following:
5?, 10?, 50?, 100?, 250? and 500?.
Given these sets of chips, it strikes to me, that they can be used with a little of
?imagination? to hide a little bit our real intentions.
As an example, let?s consider a 60K bankroll, spreading 50 to 600 euros.
TC 1 50 (one chip or 5 of 10?)
TC 2 100 (one chip or 2 of 50)
TC 3 200 (one hundred and two 50s)
TC 4 300 (one of 250 and one 50)
TC 5 600 (let it ride the former bet after a win, otherwise bet the same)
As you can see and since the cover needs for foreign players are not as high as for
native Americans, the cover is employed only when the big money hit the green felt.
A ?high roller? (100 to 1200) will be forced to spread to two hands of 600? each,
among other things, because table maximums over 1000? are as rare, as green dogs :-)
For the 25 or 50 euros player, I won?t go to two hands at TC 5, saving those extra 2.7 cards.
If I?m evaluating this somehow wrong, don?t hesitate to let me know.
Sincerely
Z
