    fabmauro: hilo vs redseven

I'm very surprised when I read pag 176 of Don's Book:
6 deks, standard penetration (4.5/6), DAS, LS,
red 7 is a little bit better than Hilo!?!
    How it is possible?
Is the red 7 (with the same rule as above) better than hilo also with ENHC and Early surrender??

Is Don writing about standard red 7 or advanced red on the above mentioned page?

    Thanks!

    It is what it is.

You run the sims, and the results are what they are.

Probably. It's the penetration and the spread that make the difference, not the rules.

    Standard Red 7.

    Thanks Don,
    just a last question...
Do you use only the 6 index of Arnold's Book of a complete set of index?

Neither. To make fair comparisons, we used the I18 for all the SCORE chapter.
