    Surrender any total for which you would surrender the corresponding 2-card total. Thus, instead of hitting a multicard (3 or more card) 17 vs. A, surrender it. At higher counts, surrender multicard 15's & 16's against 9-A.

    No strategy changes really. Just surrender 3 card 17 vs A in addition to the 2 card ones.
