Sidekick: NEEDED: Book on "advantage betting"

All,

I'm looking for a book besides BJA3 on "advantage" betting where, one player has reached the key or pivot count, how does that players mindset change?

The one area I need help on is when I do get to that key count or pivot point, my mind set needs to change.

I'm really not sure at all what you're looking for. A pep talk about how you should get psyched when the good counts arrive? I can tell you that, personally, as the count rises to maximum-bet territory, I tend to think, "Showtime!" or "Here we go!" You've been waiting for this moment, perhaps for an hour or so, and you should be mentally prepared to play your sharpest, best game, while looking forward to getting some important money on the table.
