Indeed. A person would have to be a complete idiot to bring the books along when out on the casino floor. Then again, there are a lot of idiots out there!

Cell phones are quite smart now. Some of them are using Microsoft-style operating systems. Personally I have a lot of information in my phone. And seriously doubt that having personal mobile phone inside the casino (even with index matrix inside) can be considered as violation of the law.

How about BJRM or CVCX on a laptop? And you actually use it in your hotel room so you're actually "at a licensed gaming establishment"???
Does that mean it's risky to play at the casino you're staying if you bring a along your laptop with all Blackjack Software, CBJN, the whole lot?
