I was at a large local casino the other night and there was a person at the table playing $100 a hand and not playing very well but winning.I noticed the pit was on the phone and watching him.Next they came to the table with a plastic box and pull out a new shoe of cards and remove the old ones and put the new ones in the shoe.No checking or shuffling the cards.So I asked are you going to shuffle those cards?The pit said ok and they did a quick shuffle.All the years I have been playing ,I can't remember that happening.
