For anyone who may have called or faxed RGE to place an order since Thursday night, please know that our lines were out, though we did not have knowledge of this information until today when a customer e-mailed us to say he wasn't getting through. We've been so busy finishing the move that we didn't realize that phone orders weren't coming in.

Apparently, the move threw off the phone company (I won't go into my phone company tirade here), but we have the lines connected again. Please, if you were unable to contact us over the weekend, call again or email with your questions/orders/etc.

Our apologies for any incovenience this may have caused.
