    Shark: AP roulette with ROL

At my locale many casinos are offering 10%-15%-20% rebate on actual session loss. It is my understanding that to best exploit the ROL, one should bet on single numbers in a single zero roulette. We decided to have four players flat betting simultaneously on different single numbers. Each player stops when he wins first time or lose 20 units. Each one claims his rebate separately. We can have one daily session per casino. With my rudimentary Math skill I was able to calculate that an average session would last 15.6 spins. The EV are 0.72 unit per session for 10%ROL , 1.295 unit per session with 15%ROL and 1.875 unit per session with 20% ROL. Each player should expect to lose 57.81% of his sessions.

However, I don't know how to calculate the ROR for this game. I am specifically interested in ROR for a single player and for four players (betting against eachother) out of a mutual bank of 800-2000 units at games with 10%, 15%, 20% ROL.

I would appreciate any help steering me in the right direction. Thanks, shark

JMorgan asked me to post that he hopes to have your answer by tomorrow, when he'll probably post himself.

More to follow, but to give you a ballpark idea: With a combined bankroll of 800 units, four players following the strategy would have about a 6.7% risk of busting out the bankroll before doubling it. A single guy with an 800-unit bankroll would be around 8.3%. This is with the 10% rebate. Avg spins per day would be 15.6, and expected number of days to double or bust would be 928!

Shark: This play is so risky

Intuitively I would think that four players with 2000 units bankroll and higher rebate rate would bring ROR to a reasonable 1% level. Thanks, Shark
