has there been a study on the effect for the counter of always playing 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 spots simultaneously in comparision to only one spot? i was reading Anderson's BtTiLV and the description of the depth-charger really intruiged me. this guy bet 1 unit on the first spot, 2 on the next, then 3 and so on, until he had 7 units on third base. conversly, when varying your bets, would there be something beneficial on always playing several spots. what's the correlation of this to plus/negative counts?

cheers.
