I can't imagine what that difference would be.

They're only paying 2-1 on suited black jacks and not suited naturals, yet they advertise suited blackjacks pay 2-1.Here's the kicker,if you get a suited black jack[spades or clubs] and the dealer has an ace up you have to take even money or decline. You can't buy insurance.Just wanted to make sure,Willi.

Obviously, some moron who has no command of the English language has slapped together this promotion and has written some (intentionally?) deceptive advertising.

If "black, suited naturals" is what was intended, the English language is sufficiently flexible to describe that condition!

Note that you have further complicated matters by writing "black jack" as two words, which is NOT what you mean. To me, "suited black jacks" means two jacks of spades or two jacks of clubs in the original hand. Neither "suited blackjacks" nor "suited black jacks" means "black, suited naturals," in the language that I speak. I suppose "suited, black blackjacks" would be equivalent, but it's terribly clumsy.

I'd tell the casino manager that he's an illiterate asshole and then call the gaming commission, complaining of fraudulent, misleading, and deceptive advertising.
