Yes, this issue ran very late, and we will make sure that it never runs this late again. But, it has been printed and is at the mailing house as I write this. It should go out by the end of the week, with the out-of-the-States addresses taking a little longer, of course.

I have already updated the Burn Joints and Best Bets links on the left-hand side in order to reflect the most up-to-date information we have, so please take a look. The Counter Surveillance Network did not run in this issue, but will be back.

I'd trow the Crystal casino (Moscow, Russia) out of Burn Joints. Despite bad pen they have full ES and triple down rule. I never mentioned Crystal as a burn joint in my reports. Better to call casinos Casablanca, Elena and Lilit as a burn joint in Russia (pen 50%, es10, enhc).
