Hollywood: Strategy indices for KO

Having been a KO player for the past 2 years, I would like to pick the brains of the DOMAIN family in order to better understand the additional indices that are not available in KO, but certainly apply to the KO system.

For instance, 2 weeks ago Don gave me the KO count where I should double on a soft 19 against a dealer 5 or 6. No place in KNOCKOUT does it indicate this.

My question is this. There must be many more strategy indices that go beyond the "illustrious 18", using the KO system.

Perhaps 8's should not always be split against 10's or Aces, depending on where the count is taking us.

Any feedback is sincerely appreciated.
I would like to expand my game, and this seems like the best place to start.
