i was reading over some stuff about how good binion's was before the sister ran in into the ground, and started reflecting upon the good ole days there. as far as bj, and real gambling ambience and SERVICE, and hustle and bustle goes, there was no other, and still is nothing like it in vegas to my opinion. the game was great, the tolerance even better. so, why are these casinos nowadays running bj into the ground with their heat and "Guido-like" critters staring you down and buggin you for players cards? makes me wanna drink!

i wish someone had the gall (and cash) to run a full front page ad in every newspaper (do people read newspapers anymore?) in the country letting the public know just how bad bj conditions are nowadays in vegas and reno even, and how the casinos of today offer horrible 6;5 even on 8 decks (at imp. palace), and whats with all harrahs properties with their NDAS? and horrible penetr...

an article that would explain in layman's terms how bj can be beaten, and everything the casinos do to try to ensure it wont. how they want Billy Bob to come to town, make a bet, play with no clue whatsoever, and hopefully (probably) lose. And how they bug you 24/7 about players cards...blah blah--what a scam those are!---they're worse than credit cards! who cares about "free" comps? i want MONEY!

maybe this would cause a casinos to return to a game that is playable AND FUN. they want you to try to win, and if you have half a brain, they dont want you to play--win OR lose. what a crock!

why cant it be how it was? will it ever?
