The birthday promos are listed here on the AdvantagePlayer.com section under the Viva Las Vegas! channel (near the top of every page). There isn't a separate listing for birthday promos in particular; they are found throughout the assorted incentives and sometimes in the point multipliers and free offers sections, depending on the kind of promo that it is.
And yes, casinos are not giving away as much good stuff as they used to.
