There are a number of such websites. Below is one, courtesy of Anthony Curtis and the Las Vegas Adviser.

Personally, when in Las Vegas I use the hotspot in front of Fitzgerald's when downtown (where I can also grab some coffee and a Krispy Kreme doughnut), and The Coffee Bean at the Venetian when on the strip.

There is also free wifi at the airport and at all branches of the Clark County library.

The LV Advisor site is good. Here is another one. There is free wifi in Main Street Station in the lobby and outside the player's club desk. A good place on the strip is just outside the Apple Store in the Fashion Show Mall. There are lots of tables. It can be a little loud if there is a fashion show on the runway.
