Last I walked through there I found there was NO DAS on double deck games, even in the high limit salon. Lots of 6:5 single deck too. Didn't check out the shoes, sorry. Harrah's has discovered that ANY game attracts a bettor, so rules go right into the toilet. Although, it was less crowded than other casinos on the Strip that trip. Maybe the worm has turned. How do you feel about craps?

I checked out the center strip casinos quite recently, including Bally's and Paris.
As Wolverine mentioned, forget the double deck games. They also sweat the double deck games, although I can't imagine why.
The shoes aren't much better: 8 deck, H17, DAS, LS, and about 80% pen, give or take a little.
The only playable game is in the high limit room at Paris: 6 deck, S17, DAS, LS, 75% pen (some dealers do a little better). However, you need to be bankrolled for $100 min.
Mid-shoe entry is allowed, so wonging might be a possibility during busy periods, although it is more difficult to earn comps that way.

Do you think if I find, in off hours, a 50 game in high limit 6 deck game, 50-500/500 will cause any problems?

What about 100 bet on the don't? Sit and wait.
