Even though it was expected that the new owners of the HRH, Morgans Hotel Group, would contract with no-friend-to-the-counter Boyd for it's casino operations, they have instead selected Golden Gaming to run the show. Golden Gaming's biggest claim to fame is management of the PT's chain of pubs.

It's a young company, formed in 2001, but has done well for itself. Golden Gaming owns three casinos in Black Hawk (CO), and a Nevada tavern operation with 38 locations under seven different names, including PT's. They also have a statewide slot machine route operation on which it manages more than 2,500 machines in convenience stores, bars, restaurants and taverns. I don't believe that any of these locations has table games, even the casinos in Black Hawk.
