Actually when I was at Wynn I thought the penetration was close to 70% as they were cutting a little more than half a deck. Since I play mostly shoes I look at 75% as a minimum for a playable shoe game. I would think it is about equal to cutting 3/4 a deck in DD.

Wonging: Besides only playing in positive counts a main purpose of wonging is being able to play a game that would generally be beyond your bankroll. If your +2 bet is $25 on your usual game and this game has a $25 minimum, wong in at +2 and leave if the count goes down.

I was just giving an example because somebody told me that they think dd is more beatable than shoe even with bad pen(60%) w/ a smaller spread, the ror is lower and the wr is the same but my top bet is 100 so should my +2 count bet be in a shoe or pitch game? 50 or 20?

Tell me it was uncrowded and you got back in time to play the following shoe?

I came back and they were still playing the same shoe but the pit critter started talking to me and telling me he had never seen anything like that before and could not believe I could not get a single paint on an ace.
We got into a conversation and I told him that my restroom break was more than that, I had to get away for a few minutes or I would have screamed, steamed or done something nuts. He thought I deserved a nice dinner comp for that hand.
