Both Harrahs and Rio have weak shoe games, H-17, poor penetration, and do not offer late surrender. At $100 and up you get the same game but with S-17
Ceasars has the best game by far of the 3 at the $25 and up level (unless Harrah's weakens it before you go) with S-17 and latesurrender besides the usual rules.
As a side note: Rio also has the worst blackjack game that I know of. Their single deck game in the bikini pit pay a wonderful 1 to 1 for blackjack.

Also, if you can play at the blackchip level you can find much better games throughout many casinos on the strip and a few off than those at Harrah's or Rio.

    Well, there are extenuating circumstances.

Ha, Ha, don't want to make any of those male brain location jokes here but the view at the pool might be better and definately costs less.

Tell me about it. I was there a while back, noticed the game sucked, and decided to pounce on the my first shoe as it went massively positive. In one shoe I lost 140 units spreading 20. On +30 AOII the dealer was pulling 7,4 8,3 and 5,6. With surrender I would have saved about 50 or 60 units. Should have been at the pool checking out the ladies.
