    What do you have? Harrah's has one nation-wide card, so that should work, and Mandalay's One Club card works at all of their properties, but they have very few outside of Vegas. I think Boyd properties still use casino-specific player cards, though.

    For questions about specific casinos and slot clubs in Las Vegas, use our Las Vegas Slot Clubs and Promotions Guide at the link below. It lists every casino with a slot club, how the card works, if it works in more than one place, how the comp system works, what kind of points you can rack up and/or redeem, and also lists all kind of free promos and gifts and anything else you get at sign-up, like matchplays and other coupons.     I had a slot card from the Imperial Palace in Biloxi, and it was not honored in the IP in Vegas. I had to get another one. No big deal, just FYI.
