Does anyone know if the Monte Carlo to Bellagio Tram is running? If not, anyone know when it might be(I heard upgrades were going on)?

The tram was removed altogether to make room for the Bellagio's new tower which looks ready to open soon.
When I walk by there, it is completely gone, but I could be wrong, it may come back in the future.
