Bettie: New Hard Rock Hotel Suite
Interesting tidbit from today's LVRJ:
Las Vegas has been catering to the big guys since tumbleweeds outnumbered cars on the Strip. The Hard Rock Hotel has come up with a minisuite to down-size the world of little people.
Known as suite 310 1/2, the third-floor room, featuring lowered ceilings and kid-size furniture, was built for Beetlejuice, the dwarf on Howard Stern's radio show.
Beetlejuice and the rest of Stern's cast of characters are coming to the Hard Rock for Stern's show next week.
No more long reaches for door handles. They've been lowered for the little people. The minisuite was the brainchild of Jeff Beacher, producer of Beacher's Madhouse, which includes dwarf cast member "Little Tim" Loomis, who moves in when Beetlejuice moves out.
The minisuite walls are covered with famous little people, from Mini-Me Verne Troyer, the Muppet movie cast members and Hank the Angry Dwarf, a fixture on Stern's show before he died in 2001.

One thing the article missed is that this suite built for vertically challenged people will always be comped. It will be known as the stay free minipad.
