Do you expect conditions to change? Usually, when a hotel changes hands, what can we (as counters) expect--worse conditions? What's likely to happen with Binion's properties once they're sold too? Thanks in advance.

remains to be seen whether Harrah's will take over the downtown property or just take the name from Becky force them to change the name and/or sell it out to another owner...or just go out of business.
