V-man: Vegas BJ dealers keep own toke?

Last time I was there, Circus dealers told me they keep their own tokes. Riviera also I think. I saw dealers at Flamingo, count the tokes at end of his/her sessions and Pit write down the number. I did not ask and don't know if writing down the tokes is just a tracking thing.
Do Vegas dealers keep their own tokes?

I am not aware of any casino in Las Vegas that currently allows the dealers to keep their own tokes. The Horseshoe tried it for a while about a year ago, but has since reverted to the pooled system.

Circus Circus pools their tokes, as do all Mandalay Resort Group properties.

A dealer may tell you that they keep their own tokes if he/she thinks you will tip more if you believe that.
