This is always the slow season for Las Vegas hotels, and this year is even slower than usual, according to a story in today's Las Vegas Review-Journal. Some hotels are even offering discounts during Comdex (huge computer geek convention). This would have been unheard of a couple of years ago.

So, if anyone is considering a visit to Sin City in the near future, now is the time.
