BJinNJ: Norm, CVBJ Web Tab

Norm,

All(?) of my options under the Web tab hang up, looking
for an Excel file. The CVBJ Update option, and even the
option to access this site are affected. Each option
looks for a different .xls . CVBJ and Drills work fine.

Any ideas? Reinstall?

BTW, my browser(Firefox 2.0.0.2) crashed about a month ago,
and I lost all bookmarks, and possibly a few other, rarely
used, files. Maybe this spawned a problem.

Yes the FireFox blowup might have damaged the Windows file extension association. Correcting this is different in different versions of Windows. Look for Folder Options in the Windows Control Panel. Start this and look for the File Types tab. Look for HTM and HTML file extensions. Change them to invoke Internet Explorer or FireFox. It sounds like they are now invoking Excel.
