MPlayer: Macau 5 cards game

I am not MGP. For Your Information, there are some changes at Macau:
1. Wynn changed to S17, all Macau are S17 now.
2. Lisboa Casino changed to American game, rules same with Sands Macau.
3. There are still 5 cards games at some Lisboa-affiliated casinos.
I only hope to find the accurate EV of Macau games.
