    MJ: CVData

Norm, a while back you said you planned on updating CVData to include departure points while observing a shoe as well as a lag time feature for when the counter departs while observing.

When do you anticipate the update with these features to be released?

One other quick question. Why is it with CVCX you can run simulations without inputting a bet schedule, but CVData (a seemingly more advanced simulator) requires a bet schedule?

The cool thing about CVCX is you can adjust the bet schedule ad nauseum post sim, and then figure out which schedule works best for your conditions. To try all the different schedules with CVData would require tons of sims. In this regard, it seems like CVCX is more advanced than CVData.

Not sure. A couple of items are higher on the list.

    1. CVCX only handles simple bet schedules. CVData handles absurdly complex five dimensional betting as described at www.qfit.com/blackjack-betting-strategy.htm. There is no way to handle such features post-sim.

    2. CVCX provides the most needed stats. CVData provides hundreds of pages of stats. Changing the betting schedule would change these stats in unpredictable manners. For example, how would you recalculate the amount won in hands that started with 10v9 if you change one of the bets? The sim must be rerun to recalculate such numbers.
