    kc: CA demo available

I have decided to release a free demo version of my CD combinatorial analyzer. I have run it using Windows XP, Windows NT and Windows 98 so far. It hasn't been run on Windows 2000 or Windows Vista yet but I think it should work on those as well. It requires a Microsoft OS.

The demo will only compute expected values for single deck, but otherwise is fully functional.

To anyone who downloaded the program, I found an error in the sub-optimal calculations. Best strategy computations were OK. The new download is the same except the cdca.exe file is different.
