So here are the exact rules..

1D, HC, H17, D11, DAS, No re-splits, LS (Not allowed vs Dealer Ace), BJ Pays 3:2, 6 Card Charlie (Automatic win).

    House edge 0.29%

    Can someone confirm this?

I plugged the rules provided into Trackjack Edge (assuming "HC" was "hole card"), and this is what it came up with:

    1D Single Deck 0.02%
    H17 Hits on Soft 17 ?0.19%
    D11 Double 11 Only ?0.783%
    DAS Double After Split 0.112%
    Sp1 Split Pairs Once (2 Hands) ?
    SpA1 Split Aces Once (2 Hands) 0%
LSnA Late Surrender, except vs. Ace 0.020%
    6UW 6 Cards Unbusted Wins 0.1%
    Player Expectation = ?0.721%
